Because of nerve damage I've been using this product almost daily for the past 20 years ( 4 tabs @ night). The only negative I've found is it will turn your colon black which a colonoscopy revealed. Aside of that the colon is healthy @ 72 years of age.

Bought this and been using it since the first of the year. I only take one pill at night and one in the morning and feel the effects. I am very pleased and would recommend.

I have tried numerous fiber type products as well as recommending to my patients. (I am a home physical therapist.)
