Something that is a key factor in my vitamins' purchase is that it requires the minimum amount possible of pills that need to be swallowed. This specific brand requires 4 pills, and it recommends that they are taken twice a day. I'm lucky if I remember to take them once a day! I really haven't noticed much of a difference in the few days I've been taking them, but the only thing I like from them compared to my current calcium supplement is the size of the pill, which in hindsight may be the reason why you need 4 instead of the 2 needed from my current supplement. I recommend this product if you are good at keeping track of your vitamin intake.

This calcium actually helps build bones, and it has no ground limestone and other ground up rocks. This formula actually helps strengthen and protect the bones . This formula is easier on the kidneys and assimilation Is much better than the other type of calcium.

These are the worst smelling and tasting vitamin I've ever taken. I ended up swallowing them whole just to get them down without having to taste it in my mouth. They taste like burnt grass if you try to dissolve them in your mouth. Don't do it! I can't see the benefit of all the "greens" that they say increases absorption so I'm going back to my previous formula and will never buy these again! Terrible product!
