It does turn your urine a very neon helps which was a bit alarming since I'd never taken a B supplement before. Overall, not a bad product.

I definitely notice my energy level has improved, but the neon yellow urine was certainly jarring. This is a totally normal effect of B vitamins but I may or may not have forgotten that before I started taking this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Nature's Way and Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I have been taking these B Complex vitamins for about a week and a half and I've noticed more energy during the day. I typically take them in the morning after breakfast and I find that I'm not as tired around 3pm when I usually get a little fatigued. They don't interfere with my sleep at night which has happened with B vitamins in the past. Yes, they make my urine neon yellow but all B vitamins do that so it's not a concern. Overall I'm pleased with these vitamins!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Taste of all the b-complex vitamins I have tried is awful, but my doctor recommended this brand and they are better than others. Seems to have increased my energy at least a bit so far. easy to swallow, it arrived well closed, it has its seal and I have felt good taking them, with energy. From the first dose the urine turns yellow but after investigating I saw it is normal.
