It's good to get calcium in and I know the older we get the more we need it so it was a good supplement to have. Simple and clear packaging. A good way to keep my health up to par. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the preferred formulation that both my nutritionist and doctor recommend for calcium. The citrate form is apparently easier for the body to absorb. These don't have much taste as a capsule. The bottle is easy to open as a flip top.

The packaging is very nice, I enjoy the square bottle, it helps it stand out on the shelf. And while all vitamins have that vitamin taste, this one isn't overwhelming like some others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this supplement for free from Influenster to use and give my honest opinion on it and I gave it to my mother to start taking because she suffers from a lot of bone and joint pain. So she started taking it a few days ago and told me that she has noticed some improvement in her pain. This supplement is ideal for strengthening and proper functioning of bones and muscles. Its formula is gluten free, it does not have derivatives of yeast, wheat, or soy, it is also free of colorings, preservatives or artificial flavors which makes it safer for consumption. In general I think that better results can be seen with longer consumption.

I appreciate that so I don't have to restock as often. I find the bottle easy to open as I have pain in my hands and sometimes have difficulty with bottles. I wish the capsule material was vegan versus being made of gelatin. Other than that, I find this as an easy way to consume my daily dose of calcium!
