[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really happy with the natures way calcium and magnesium complex. I make sure that I added it to my daily medication routine. It's decreased the muscle spasms that I can get in my legs at night time when trying to sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My review is very personal and I dont think this is true for everyone. Upon taking them I had difficulty breathing. I thought maybe it couldnt be the supplements so I tried again the next few days and it was the same thing. I did look it up and some people can have allergic reactions so unfortunately one of them os me and I cant really comment how well it performs as far as building my calcium intake.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were completely free as a gift for my honest opinion. I got this one because I heard magnesium could help with depression and/or anxiety. But upon seeing these I became discouraged from the capsule and how big they were, as well as the amount needed to be taken. 3 at once or through out the day. I am not someone who will remember three times a day to take these and three at a time seems gross for how big they are. It's only been a few days but I will update with results
