[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're like me, you know the importance of calcium, zinc, and magnesium and are probably are taking each of these vitamins separately... do yourself a favor: if you already take these vitamins separate, or you struggle to get enough of them through your diet alone - save the hassle and pick these Nature's Way vitamins! Obviously, do your own research and find out what is best for you, but if you come to the conclusion that these doses would be right for you... I highly recommend!

I would add a vitamin d/k supplement to amplify bone health and calcium absorption. it is recommended to split the dosing to two times a day with food which is sometimes difficult for me because I fast until lunch. So for me and my busy lifestyle, I sometimes forget a dose. Overall I would keep using because I have seen some positive side effects such as less knee pain and overall more relaxed but would add an additional supplement of vitamin d/k

They're easy to take, haven't upset my stomach even on an empty stomach. I believe the magnesium has helped my muscle recovery because I'm not as sore either after workouts. Great value!
