Obviously we women need all three of these nutrients and most of us are deficient! I've found this supplement easy to take, easy on my stomach, and I am happy to have received it!

Is it helping me not sure, I will find out when I get blood work done but it does not seem harmful to take. I recommend, super easy to drink with all my other supplements.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You get alot in the bottle which I was happy about. No taste when taking them but i swallowed rather quickly lol. It's a good way to get your mag & vitamin D in one dosage that you may not be getting daily. I didn't have no side effects but instead of taking them twice daily I took them once daily. But still helped with any nutrients I wasn't getting just a little extra to make up for the little I was missing.

There are about 41 days worth in here if you take by the directions which seems like a great value. There is no real taste. I would recommend.
