I'm definitely more regular now and feel less bloated. I plan on repurchasing since it's again since it's very affordable.

These pills are pretty small and gel coated for easier swallowing, which I also appreciate as someone who has a hard time with getting many vitamins, antibiotics, or other huge pills down. I didn't notice any negative side effects, but have had a noticeable reduction in indigestion and unanticipated bathroom trips. This is a great probiotic option for anyone else who struggles eating enough foods with good bacteria!

I have taken one every morning since receiving the product, which would makes almost 30 days ago. May have skipped a few days but it doesn't matter. The capsules are very easy to swallow and do not leave a nasty after taste. The product really helps with the bloating and gut issues. I am going at least once a day and it has been a game changer in my life. You can take it with or without food refrigeration is not necessary. I do recommend leaving it in the fridge to maintain max potency. I highly recommend giving it a try!
