I personally prefer a probiotic that comes refrigerated but those are also a much higher price point. So if you're not looking to spend a whole lot on a product, this would be a close second, and I do love the fact it has a mechanism of action that ensures stomach acid survival and ensures intestinal delivery!

However, it means it is good for people who have chronic stomach problems when eating foods such as red meat or greasy foods. I would recommend taking it every few days for those who have stomach or gut problems frequently. It's a good natural alternative to taking pepto or tums.

I regularly take probiotic food, such as kiefer lacto fermented pickles real yogurt sauerkraut. I feel like this is the key that has been missing. It's difficult to have enough probiotic foods daily, so these can be an addition. I feel my digestion and regularity have improved. It takes a whi6for probiotics to prove their worth, so I expect results to get even better. I encourage you to read on these strains that they have been researched to show many benefits other than digestion/regularity.
