It helps soothe sore throat and helps stop runny nose. Very effective so far. Adults to children 6 and up can use this and it works.

I like that the product is homeopathic and includes natural ingredients. I also like that the syrup is non-drowsy and mostly alcohol free. Very soothing and effective.
