I am not one to use anything in my nose but my sister swears by it so I tied and was very pleased. I like that it comes with 60 individual packets to use. You must use distilled water. My sister microwaves her solution for 40 seconds l but microwave times vary. I will be using it again 3 times a day during allergy season.

When I developed allergies, I tried lots of remedies but this is the one that works best. I was a little nervous about running water through my nasal passages but... This is a lot easier than I thought it would be. It really helps clear up the debris from allergies.

My husband was scheduled for an operation for sinuses and this little salt and distilled or boiled water system solved his problem. He began using it morning and night and later used it once a day and finally a few times a week. Definitely worth the money and the time to eitherrr buy the distilled water or boil the water and cool and use.

As a teacher, I tend to get constantly sick in the fall and winter, and it seems I’m always stuffed up and feeling terrible this time of year. I swear by this stuff though! Easy to use, comfortable to use, and it always helps clear out that painful congestion and temporarily relieve the nasal swelling that comes with an upper respiratory infection or sinus infection. Even though I have to use this multiple times a day to really feel less-than-terrible, it really does work to relieve symptoms and clear out infection faster. I’ve been sick pretty much nonstop for 13-14 weeks now, and this sinus rinse is the only thing keeping me sane and somewhat comfortable while I continue to battle all the colds going around school.

Its a little messy, and takes a little getting use to. That being said, it works as described. After a bad head cold I was unable to kick the nasal spray habit. Reoccurring pain was intense. Using this product about 4 times a day and I am cured. Have not been able to breath through my nose for years and now I can. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!1
