Absolutely love them, delicious!

They are great to keep in your purse because if you get really hungry they really help sooth your stomach. The taste is so delicious

So I didn't realize that each chew only has 2g of collagen. I would have to eat 10 chews to equal 20g(the same I would get with a collagen powder that I normally use). The taste is okay but not something I want to eat 10 of. The chews are oozed out of the majority of the wrappers. I ended up buying the “blue container” powder collagen I use and these are sitting on my shelf. The product does have collagen and taste is okay so that's why I rated 3 stars.

I have not used long enough to make a determination. A friend said this would be helpful with my difficult nails.

I have been taking these for almost 2 months now have definitely noticed an improvement in my hair and nails. They also taste good!
