I use my nespresso every single day and I love it so much!!!! Now that I drink espresso I literally can't do regular coffee. I love how easy and convenient it is to pop a pod in and how fast it gets hot! Literally gets hot in 30 seconds. I couldn't live without my nespresso. The only downside is the pods are very expensive which sucks but in the end it's worth it.

As someone who's been a dedicated fan of Nespresso products for a while, I can confidently say that coffee will never taste the same again once you've experienced the magic of Nespresso. I ordered this as a gift. The item was just thrown in a box without its box or any packaging to protect it. It arrived dirty, scraped and its not the color I ordered. It's missing a part of the water tank and came without instructions. To top it off the pods were already opened.

Now I love creamy coffee so I usually put creamer,sugar and milk to get that smooth creamy texture and it isn't healthy to put all those ingredients together so I was amazed on how the nespresso vertuoplus coffee maker can give you that same texture with one push of a button and in seconds. It has the best part that in has a trash compartment in the back so Every Time you put in a cup the old one slides right out the back into trash can, total bonus, another feature is that the cord could be on any side since it has a built-in swivel that lets you position it and if your putting it in a tight space you can straighten it out that it just slides in small spaces. It heats up in seconds while it pours out the coffee, not that you have to wait for water to warm up and then push the button to get the coffee. Auto shut off. Easy to clean. Now I have it 4 stars when it would actually be a 5 star product but I didn't get to try the aerochino milk frother but I bet it just makes it extra creamy. Bonus it also came with 3 boxes of sample coffee cups. Enjoy

The Nespresso espresso machine has a nice sleek design. I have the gray color. The water container is a circular tube. You can easily move the water container to the side or behind the machine. This makes delicious espresso very fast. The espresso is frothy and hot. There is enough space to put a yeti cup for collecting your espresso which is great. The machine was easy to put together. You have to do a cleaning cycle when you first set it up. You will need to use a 32ounce container to catch the the hot water that it uses for the cleaning. This came with the milk frother. You can make hot or cold milk froth. It is easy to use. I did have to go online to find the directions for using the milk frother. The milk frother is not dishwasher safe and can't be submerged in water. Non abrasive cleaning cloths are recommended as it will scratch. Also if you fill slightly over the fill line it will overflow during the frothing process. It was easy to clean after each use. It froths milk quickly. Everyone in my home loves the Nespresso. It makes delicious espresso super fast. The machine came with espresso packs. They were labeled very nicely giving an explanation of flavors and boldness for each one. You slightly lift up on the front of the machine and it opens automatically. The used Nespresso capsule moves to the back bin automatically. You place a new Nespresso capsule in the machine and gently press down and top closes automatically. You then press the button at the top to make you espresso. It makes 3 different cup sizes depending on your preference. There is a large assortment of Nespresso coffees to choose from. This doesn't take up much counter space. This is great machine for any espresso lover, delicious espresso in your home super fast! We absolutely love this!
