i bought a samsung galaxy note II unlocked at&t phone from qvc and was going to use the straight talk sim card with it, however, those are no longer available other than from scalpers on ebay. i went to purchase the net10 sim which is also by tracfone (as is straight talk) and all my local stores in a 50 mile radius were sold out. i actually purchased my card from dollar general. the first card i had was bad as per customer service (who were great by the way). they apologized profusely and sent me a new sim card which arrived on monday (my call had been on friday evening). i called them and my phone was up and running with my ported number in minutes. i did have a problem that i wasn't getting internet and also not able to send or receive mms texts. i called them with this problem and they sent me at my request the instructions, step by step, on what i needed to change on my phone to have both problems corrected. it was easy and now i have wonderful service...data, talk and text (with pics), all for only $50/month. don't waste your money by doing a contract. this is the best way to save money and still satisfy your phone envy!

will not use till I go on vacation to the states in Oct. But from what I read it should do what I need. I also called a wal-mart store in Delaware about this and the guy I talked to was very helpful, even told me how to order it on line. So big thanks to him.

Can only get a data connection on wifi. Very poor signal at work, 1bar or no signal. Misses e-mail and text messages. Drops a lot of calls.

I switched from Straight Talk (tmobile) to NET10 to be on the AT&T network. I use this in east central Florida and have EXCELLENT signal, wow what a difference. I bought the micro sim for use in my Google Nexus 4, fit perfectly, easy on-line activation, super strong signal. If you sign up for autorefill they charge $45 per month rather than $50. I could not be happier with NET10 AT&T sim card in my Nexus 4. IMPORTANT note: If you are using this in a smart phone, the APN setup instructions that came with the sim card are incorrect (mine where). When you go online to activate the sim, follow the ON-LINE APN setup instructions. Initially I could not get data to work until I noticed the difference in APN settings. Works fine now. Never had to speak with a customer service person. Oh and this $15 card is $5 at tigerdirect...after the fact.
