Neutrogena Shine Control Mattifying Face Primer, Rice Protein, 1 fl. oz

I have teenage combination skin, and my T zone gets shiny throughout the day. I was looking for a product to tone down the excess shine my moisturiser leaves on my skin, and control the oiliness. I have applied a generous amount to my forehead, nose and chin. It goes on very smoothly, it has a pleasant texture and it feels clean and lightweight. It worked wonderfully for me, my skin has stayed shine free all day even though the weather was humid, it is ridiculously soft and it looks smoother than usual. I would recommend it!

The only primer I will ever use! To avoid dryness throughout the day, I use a nickel sized amount on my finger tips along with a few drops of water. I rub that in to my skin and blend it out all over with the brush I apply my powder with. The water DOES the trick! It truly does give me that matte finish alone and it sets the framework for the rest of my makeup application. Along with it being a Neutrogena product, absorbing my shine, being affordable, and lasting me such a long time, it DOESN'T CLOG MY PORES!! I've been wanting to wear makeup for a very long time and I finally found something that doesn't make my acne worse. And now thanks to my Clinique Acne Solutions Makeup and pretty much all of the Neutrogena Naturals products' my skin has never looked better! :) Thanks Neutrogena!!

Nothing short of amazing! I have tried every oil control product I could get my hands on over the years and have never used anything that even came close to my experience with this miracle in a tube. I have VERY oily skin. Typically (even with oil control everything on my face) I would get maybe an hour before the oil would break through. With this primer and the matching powder (that's it) I went 7 hours before the shine tried to break through. Yes, i said 7 hours! But even when it did, it wasn't like before. It wasn't all shiny gross-ness. It was more like what another reviewer wrote.... it was almost dewy looking... not embarrassing shininess. Honestly, I have never had so much confidence before. Knowing I wasnt gleaming like an oil slick is quite the ego booster! Very highly recommend.

I love this product, it leaves my skin feeling smooth and soft and cuts down on the horrible shine on my nose. However, I really wish it was less expensive. I know it's supposed to last a while, but I'd be more willing to buy it again if I could get a better price.
