Great face sunscreen that doesn't have any tint, white cast, greasiness, or shine. It doesn't leave any sort of film or color on your face, which is often the case with most sunscreens. It blends extremely easily and can be reapplied without pilling throughout the day.
This is the only sunscreen I will use on my face! I am prone to breakouts with transitional sunscreen, and this is the only sunscreen that doesn't make me break out. It is light weight and not oily, so you forget that you're wearing it. Perfect on its own or light enough to wear under makeup without looking cakey or oily. Protects my face for a full day in normal sunlight! No stinky smells either
I love the feel and coverage of this sunscreen, but unfortunately my skin is allergic to the Avobenzone in the product which i didn't discover until after I had used this on my face. It causes tiny bumps all over my skin and makes my skin hot to the touch; my rash lasted about four days and then my skin peeled.
I've used this sunscreen for 3-4 years and love it. My dermatologist lectures me all the time about sunscreen because I'm fair and this sunscreen doesn't smell and works great, it's not greasy. My husband and son even use it and usually guys don't want to bother. My son requested it several times when he was in basic training in the army because he didn't like the sunscreen they were provided. The other guys used it, too, so he ran out several times. He's in Korea now and sure enough, the first thing he asked for was Neutrogena sunscreen because the PX doesn't carry it. Neutrogena should look into getting in the military PX's - a great new market.
Not liking the greasy feeling of sunscreen, I tried this during a hike. Unfortunately, this is the complete opposite, in a very bad way. It leaves a dry white residue on your skin, so that by the end of the hike, my black pants had white marks all over them from whenever I had sat down and rested my arms on my knees. I felt I couldn't touch anything with the sunscreen on, as it would leave a white trail behind. I will never buy this stuff again!
