Returned - width was too tight (and I've been wearing NB for years). I suspect there's been a manufacturing change.

I have worn New Balance for thirty years. These shoes are comfortable but unfortunately they squeak when I walk in them

So far so good, comfortable than the first one in leather, I tried. Received in torn up box. I'm pretty sure this was pre owned and returned.

577v1 has a much stiffer construct than I thought it would. With Metatarsal neuropathy and arthritis it may be too structured. Feet are sore after my walk.
