Quantity to consume is less than all other protein shakes and yet the amount of protein consumed is greater.

perfect for pre-workout or post workout recovery. no mess or time spent mixing. my only problem with this product is price. i would consume 1 or 2 every day if the cost was more in the $1.80 to $2.00/container range. i guess it makes too much sense to sell more product for less, than MUCH less product for more $$$$. Though even at this price ( $14.68/6 pk ), I would be disappointed if it disappeared from the shelves.

The taste is not great. I divide it in two doses with water and crystal light in a 16oz cup.

This is a great way to add the protein you need for your body's needs, mix it with any flavored water such as crystal light, etc

Excellent product that mixes easily with other liquids. It's the foundation for my daily nutrition drink.
