This is a really awesome product! I have now owned 3 of them, and I would not want to try living without one! My only issue...they need to last longer!

I am returning as the unit leaks out of the bottom of the machine causing a large amount of water on the counter top and on to the floor. No ice was ever made because of the water leaking out quickly. Really bad experience and lots of trouble with this dud! No more NewAir products for us.

I have contacted company over and over. I have a 1 year warranty and it stopped working after 6 months.

This product is freaking awesome!! I bought this because our ice maker in the freezer took a poo. My significant other wanted something in the garage, to make ice for him and his alcoholic friends, so their drinks would be cold! This was a fantastic gift and great investment!

We have had our little ice machine for a few months now and absolutely LOVE it! It makes ice so quickly! Love the shape and sizes! Friends and family come over and ask all about it and want to get one! We would highly recommend this ice machine! perfect for everyday use or for parties, events, etc.!!
