I thought I was sold a counterfeit product but it seems they've actually changed the product. Now these are identical to the cheaper store brands. Compared to the old, these have a different texture, taste, consistency. No reason to pay a premium for these. I'm really disappointed.

Why selling the product that has such a disgusting taste and after taste. Go back to what it was NLS2 and don't fool your customers. This is embarrassing for a company. When quitting smoking gives you nausea for the bad chalkie taste of your 'new' product I ask myself: which is better? quit or continue smoking.

The formula for nicorette mint lozenges has changed and now equals generic brands which are substandard at best. No explanation to consumers who have come to expect and pay for a superior taste and quality from nicorette. Consumers are now expected to pay nicorette prices for a generic substitution

Don't waste your money on the name brand - now it's the same gross taste as the generic. The ones that taste good indicate both Switzerland and New Jersey on the package. The new ones only say New Jersey and they taste bad, just like the generic brand.

Why did you change Nicorette classic lozenges. This is a bad move. The taste and texture of the original classic is gone. Also, the child resistant containers ( Poppac) are gone. It is called a quit tube now. You are now using generic lozenges, used by all of the companies, such as Walgreens, Kroger, Walmart, etc. The generic lozenges taste bad and children can open the containers easily. I have used the Nicorette classic lozenges for years and have been very satisfied. Now they are gone!!!!! Please go back to the original lozenges. If you don't, your sales will go way down, and your loyal customers will be gone. Thank You.
