Night Stand Assembly

Paid for furniture assembly through the partner company Angi. You pick a date and time that works for you on the app. Once it's schedule there is no confirmation. The day of the pro was unprofessional and didn't not communicate with me. Never showed up to complete the job and ended up having to do assembly myself. I called the Angi customer service line and they don't do anything or hang up on you. Very unprofessional. At least contacting Walmart helped give me a refund.

I scheduled my sofa to be assembled, and a half hour before they were supposed to arrive, they sent me an email saying that they didn't have anybody to put it together and they would reschedule me for the 26th. I was not about to wait 2 weeks to have my couch put together. So I called to cancel. The gentleman I spoke to said he could have somebody out there by 5:00 p.m. that night. I agreed. Then, a half hour before my appointment, another email stating that they didn't have anybody to put it together. As far as Angi goes, you will get no customer service out of them because you didn't direct book directly through them. Walmart needs to stop recommending them.

I am rating the the guy that installed my beds, very unprofessional left everything shaky the screws where loose and when we told about it he didn't respond. He rushed the job used the wrong tools for the job, he was using drill for something that requires manually tightening I would never recommend him, waste of my money and I even gave him a big tip

Called in to work two different days to have the furniture assembled thru Angi for Walmart. First rep messaged after the start time and said vehicle wouldn't start, with no attempt to make it to my house any other way. Second rep showed up on a different day and stated he wasn't getting paid enough to do the job after looking at the product, and he refused to complete the service. Two different days of calling in to work wasted. If you try to call Angi, the wait time is over 90 minutes. You can only chat and it's very frustrating. Save your money and avoid furniture installation offered by Walmart thru Angi at all costs. Walmart is unable to issue the refund even though they sold the service. You'll need to go thru Angi,

Order the sofa and the recliner got a date for the assembly. Recliner I held down to for a week prior to the assembly date so far arrive the day before. Day of the assembly I checked to ensure the time they were to arrive. No one showed up I contacted cancel the assembly put together the chair by myself open the sofa to begin assembly while assembling noticed that the sofa was broken. I sent multiple text messages. Emails and have have not resolved the solution nor have I been reimbursed for the assembly fees.
