First of all, I like that it's stainless steel. I also love the capacity size and the ring inside the top of can that holds bag in place and doesn't expose bag on outside of can. We are finally able to fill up the whole 13 gallon bag!

Loved it at first until the first full trash change. It's very hard to pull the trash bag out. Lid stopped working after 6 months. Wish it was easier to take out the full bag.

I ordered this online & had it delivered to my local store. The can was well packed & arrived in good condition. The sensor on this can is very sensitive so I would recommend turning the portion with the sensor towards the so to prevent it from unnecessarily opening. Whenever I'm about to start cooking and I know that I'll need to frequently throw items away, I'll just turn the can around so that it will be ready. I purchased this can in September and have been using it since. I have not needed to replace the batteries on this item yet. We placed good top of the line batteries in this unit so perhaps that is why we haven't had to replace them yet.

Although this item will be a gift, we did open it to check it out and it works perfectly and had no damage during shipment. We have another style of this trashcan that has been used for several years now; batteries only replaced about once a year and have had no issues with it...well-pleased with the product and hope this one proves to be the same.

This is a great sturdy product. It is a lot larger than you may think.
