Ninja - DualBrew 12-Cup Coffee Maker with K-Cup compatibility and 3 brew styles - Black

So far I have only figured out the pod option; the carafe option seems to complicated and I think I'll have to pull it out of place in order to open the top. It makes more noise that I prefer but I do like the beep letting me know the coffee is ready. What is really annoying is that it has started leaving a lot of sludge and grinds. I've tried 3 different brands of pods.

We bought this as a gift for our son-in-law, it is the one he requested. As far as I know he really likes it. So, while I can't really speak about this exact model but we have 2 other Ninja coffee makers, without the coffee pod option, and we love them.

The coffee has a much more rich flavor than with the old coffee maker using the same coffee grounds. We love being able to make ice coffee right into the glass. We love the delay feature. What is better than waking up to the aroma of fresh coffee. The only drawback is that when making a full pot, the grounds run over the top of the filter getting grounds into the coffee and creating a mess on the coffee maker to be cleaned up.

I bought this about a month ago, and my fiancée and I just love it. Not only is the coffee machine amazing and we use it to make tea too, but Ninja went above and beyond to replace our machine when our first one said delivered but never arrived. We will use Ninja products and recommended them from here on out!

I still have my first Ninja coffee machine but sooooo happy I purchase this new upgrade machine. As per ALL Ninja products, it's fast and great. The additions of the pod, and numerous sizes is again, soooo great. I also purchased a Shark stick vacuum, same company, which is light to handle yet more powerful and versatile than my Hoover. I also have purchased two Ninja Airfryers. The lastest being the dual basket. Again, hotter, faster, and more versatile than even Pampered Chef. Cudo's to Shark/Ninja.
