I brought the 8 piece set. Best knives I have ever owned. Each knife does it job depending on what you are cutting. I love the bread knife aswell. It comes with scissors which are lovely and sharp. Also a sharpener which I think is a very nice touch. Plus it goes with my other ninja products I have.

My wife bought me this knife set for Christmas 2023. I absolutely love this set. The knives are still just as sharp as they were day one. I use them almost every day with no issue. The only problem I have had was the first time I used the kitchen shears to try to spatchcock a turkey, they broke. Lesson learned. Over all though, a very good set of knives and easy to sharpen/clean.

This knife system is wonderful. The fact that the sharpener is built in is genius. The knives are exceptionally sharp, so you really do need to pay close attention when you're chopping, especially if you're one of those people that chop stuff at the speed of sound like Gordon Ramsey. Keep those fingers tucked. The scissors are great, as they come apart for easy cleaning and sharpening.

As a retired chef, I have used many different knives and many different brands. And all I can say is WOW! These things cut thru food like a brand new razor going thru melted butter. Economically designed so I can chop, slice, dice julienne,mince, filter for hours with out feeling the strain. Easy to sharpen and long lasting sharpness afterwards. (No more need for my stone and steel, and trying to get that perfect angle), saving me days of prep work. This set has replaced my most trusted and used chef knife, I acquired some 20 years ago (that cost more back then, than this entire set) so well worth the price. Well done Ninja!
