Ninja - Hot & Cold Brew 10-Cup Coffee Maker - Black/Stainless Steel

It's a nice coffee maker. It has an option for tea that I haven't tried yet. Tried the timer once and it didn't make the coffee in the morning. Will try that feature again. This is my second unit. The first would only make a half carafe. Ninja sent me a new unit and makes a whole pot.

We've had this over a month and still love it. My husband summed it up as' "a well made machine". The versatility of the foam and tea option is easy. If you like tea sometimes it times each tea for that specific tea and it is better than I make on my own! Of course, the coffee is exceptional and smoother than my other coffee makers. It really is a complete coffee system.

I haven't had the time to used it at it's 100% but so far it's been great. My daughter loves making her tea over ice - they are delicious and really taste like starbucks. My classic coffee tastes amazing, I can't wait to use the side tool and make expressos too.

I bought this in April and have really liked it, the only issue is that the mechanism that lifts and lowers the baskets pushes out the tea steeper sometimes and then it'll stop the process and the basket is full of hot water, other than that minor issue the machine works great.

It was a gift for my birthday and I am replacing my Keurig. So far so good. Like the cup, half pot or full pot option. Haven't tried to make tea yet. Hopefully it doesn't disappoint
