You can NOT purchase a replacement grill only the griddle plate (the flat one). The unit works fairly well. A lot less grease clean-up instead of using a grill pan on the stove.

Drip tray to collect all the grease. Has a knob to adjust temperature if the preselected one doesn't work for you goes up to 500 degrees. 3 modes low med and high. Looks beautiful and goes well with my appliances

The timing and temperature instructions were beyond helpful as well. There are so many things I am looking forward to cooking on this griddle/grill!!! It was a little difficult to clean, but it was worth it!

Seriously, I love that it has recommended times for different foods so that you have a guideline to cook them, I love that it's an indoor grilling solution that actually gives grill marks, it was super easy to clean when done. I would like the power cord to just be a bit longer to accommodate the lack of plugs/counter space in our kitchen, but overall it is a great product.
