Nintendo 2DS - Handheld game console - sea green

I bought this for my 5 year old son who has recently gotten into the character Super Mario. The console holds a good charge so he can play while we were travelling to see family for the holidays!

I ordered this on Friday and just got the package today! <3 fast shipping and i love ittttttt...the 2ds is PERFECTT like I can play my games well, it fits my in my hand so perfectly, and i had encountered absolutely zero problems with it. I was kind of nervous at first because I heard nintendo handhelds tend to have trouble with connecting to the wifi but luckily my wifi was detected asap and connected with no problem. Sorry for the run on sentence but I am just absolutely in love with this and never felt happier! Definitely recommend it!! I just wish 2ds accessories were more popular. :( However, the screen and touch screen is pretty durable. Actually, the whole console is pretty durable imo.

Bought this for my 6 year old and she loves it! Mario Kart is the only game she's played on it so far and you can unlock new courses as you play which makes it really fun. Big bonus getting the game included with the DS.

I bought this over a month ago, have logged over 40hrs on it. The joystick takes some getting used to but I have had no problem with any of the controls or hardware. I like that there are parent locks to protect my child from inappropriate internet usage, and Mario Kart is a wonderful classic game. I would recommend Nintendo for anyone looking for family friendly games and the 2ds seems quite durable for younger gamers. I do find the shoulder buttons hard to use though and can't see it working well for children hands.
