Nintendo Switch Joy-Con Pair, Left + Right (Gray)

We were sent a used set of controllers. One of them didn't even work. We had to go and return it to the store but they wouldn't do an even exchange only a return and we had to re-buy them there at the store price and paid almost $20 more For the exact same item. Very unhappy!

Never received. The vendor WILL NOT credit me for something I never received. Contacted Walmart customer service for the third time. Supposedly, Walmart will now credit me for a product that was not delivered on November 29th as Crystal insists. Do not buy from these dirtbags.

First set came in broken second set got delivered to the wrong house so now I have to wait 48hrs for billing to process and after that 10 days to get a refund because Walmart doesn't hold their store drivers responsible and the delivery guy doesn't have to fix his mistake and find them to redeliver them

I was disappointed-and must now do a return-as the description and photos indicated one of the boxes had a left pink and right green and the other one purchased WAS to have the opposite with a left green and right pink to allow an exchange to create 1 all pink and 1 all green set of controllers. This has made it VERY difficult for me as all purchases must be delivered to me and returns do not have this option. TRULY FALSE ADVERTISING and TREMENDOUS BURDEN upon someone who cannot drive to your store.

DO NOT BUY THIS LISTING. I ordered these without reading the revirws, and I'm sorry I did. As many others stated, they are definitely not authentic. It even says it on the box, " this product is not designed, manufactured, approved, sponsored or endorsed by Nintendo." Check out my pictures. I have reported the seller to customer service and will return these, hopefully they can give these guys the boot. It's not cool to list an item as authentic when you're really selling a 3rd party brand. Who knows, they Maybe great controllers, but it's not what I wanted to buy, and that's frustrating.
