I love this machine. Great buy.

When I got this knitting machine for Christmas I though it would work but I was sadly disappointed :( This product is a PIECE of JUNK. I tried it three times to get the crank to spend but it kept getting jammed until finally the crank broke off. So DO NOT BUY THIS product BECAUSE YOU WILL SPEND YOUR MONEY ON NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This product fails in all expectations.

Despite all of the horrible reviews about this product, I decided to try it and see if I would have any better luck with it. Nope! No matter how slow you turn the crank it will always drop almost all stitches! With so many complaints and bad reviews I am seriously confused as to why the manufacturer has not corrected the problem and made better product. Or, stop producing it all together. Do Not Waste Your Time Or Money With This Machine!

I am an experienced crafter, and purchased this item for a niece. However, in testing it, found that the plastic "needle" for use in sewing the finished pieces was bent up worse than a flimsly plastic toothpick. The "hooks" were of the same flimsy plastic. Following the directions exactly, the initial pick up (one revolution) worked, but then subsequent revolutions missed the yarn, and the result was a tangled mess that unraveled in one's hands. The crank on the side hangs up about once every other revolution, and it is clear that the design is too flimsy even for the threadlike yarn that is included with the product. It is not designed to last for more than a couple of projects with the thinnest yarn, and I would not recommend this for any child or adult. I would return it to the store only if I were assured that it would NOT be put out for resale to another unsuspecting customer. I cannot honestly recommend this product. One would be better off buying a simple circular hooking loom and manually hooking each loop. I have complained to both Singer, whose name is on the product #A2702, similar to the item pictured, and to the NKOK company. NO amount of expertise will avail the user. This product does not work, and Walmart would be well advised to stop carrying products from this supplier if they want to maintain any reputation for quality merchandise.

I expected this product to actually work with me instead of against me.
