I received this about 10 days ago and have used it twice already. It's really a neat gadget. This one spits out 9 large bullet shaped cubes in 8 minutes. Small cubes in 7 minutes. I can fill a gallon zip lock bag in about an hour. The first batch of ice made, the cubes are a bit smaller. I dump that entire batch in to the water. When I add water I also drop in a few ice cubes. Then with every tray I empty, I drop a few more cubes into the water to keep the temperature low. After all, it's quicker to make ice out of cold water. You don't see icebergs floating around in the tropics, lol.

I live by this item and only have had it for 10 months and it just stopped working. I unplugged it, added water and nothing will get it to start working. The button "tray full" stays on when there is no ice in it and it wont make anymore ice. What a disapointment and a waste of money.

I recived this ice machine as a gift from my mom after getting the Margaritaville for Christmas from my husband and they are the perfect pair. It has kept our ice tray full and looks great in our bar/man room. Love it mom

Slow ice flow. Very nice looking but poor on workmanship. Noisy and not recommended
