I can tell my energy level improved a bit and I'm not sure if it's this supplement or not, but I've been sleeping better which I think is important. But for the direct result in terms growth I don't see that it gave good results for me at least. I do have an active lifestyle, train with a PT 3 to 4 times a week + spin class + yoga which has been my routine for almost 18 months now.
