NUK Comfy Duet Soother 2-in-1 Pacifier and Teether, 0-12 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our baby girl is in a full teething swing, with what started out as drooling had quickly turned into gnawing on anything and everything she could get her hands on. We really wanted to control what she was putting in her mouth safely so we opted to get a variety of teething products for her to play with. With all toys, some seemed to stand out more than others. After receiving this product as part of a stellar review panel we were pleasantly surprised with how quickly she took to it. Writing this review I tried to see what about it, and other toys she seemed to gravitate towards while helping to sooth her teething aches. The game changer for this Nuk was its ease of use/versatility. Some other fruit and animal shaped teethers have a "one trick pony" approach to making it easy for them to use. What I liked about this Nuk was that because she hasn't quite yet learned how to turn/explore certain objects, no matter how she grabbed it she could find relief. We found it very nice the entire teether is a soft malleable product/easy to gnaw on, where others offer hard plastic as a grip which is not has nice to chew on!! Finally, because of its compact shape and similar shape/feel as a pacifier we found it not only familiar to her, but easily stored and transported in other pacifier containers.

My one year old child hesitated the first two days because she is transitioning off of pacifiers. But she did eventually use it as a teether, and seems to enjoy it so I am pleased with the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sleek pacifier teether is the perfect combination of aesthetically appealing and functional. Its well constructed design allowed my little one to get through cutting two new teeth this week. This is quite the feat for any product, as my daughter, like many exclusively breastfed babies has a desire to nurse during discomfort. Normally, that's completely fine, but while cutting teeth, it can be excruciatingly painful if she uses mama as a teether. This teether pacifier has given me freedom back. She feels comfort from the softness of the silicone and is able to teeth on the ridge ring around the pacifier. I was very pleased with this product and so thankful for the opportunity to try it and review it as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the softest natural silicone feel, and my baby loved to play with it. He would switch which side he used often and never consistently used the pacifier side. However, I liked that this gave him different ways to explore it and allowed for longer attention to it. Our little man is 6 months old and doesn't always use pacifiers, but every now and then he likes to use one to self soothe in the car or when out and about. This one is nice because it has the different rubber textures around the outside and he does like to chew that part while teething and it's smaller than his other teethers while we go inside stores. I have yet to see him actually use it as a paci though for a good amount of time.
