NUK for Nature Learner Cup, 10oz., 9+ Months

It's subtle and not an obnoxious design. Secondly, my toddler loved that she could decide if she wanted the handles or not. Super easy to clean and find replacement nipples for. We will definitely be finding these in store to get more!

It is spill proof (can't attest to long-term durability of spout). My toddler is used to a hard spout cup, but the spill proof design is super nice. The handle design is good. The handles are sturdy and easy to take on/off.

My son is older than the typical child who would be using this transition cup. He has some feeding delays, and it has been hard to help him make the transition. I feel like at this point we have tried dozens of different cups. We love how soft the silicone spout is as it is “nipple-like”, and my very picky son seems to be ok with it. Mostly what I love the most is the spill-proof feature! Having tired so many transition cups- not all are what they claim when it comes to spill-proof. This one really is, and it is a lifesaver for busy parents on the go. I like that the handles are removable so that when he is ready, we can take them off for him. For now, they are super “handy” for sure. As a parent who is trying hard to get my son to meet the feeding milestones he needs to- I really appreciate the functionally and design of this cup. I would recommend to others who are in a similar situation with a kiddo who seems more resistant to the transition from bottle to cup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a big fan of NUK products and can highly recommend the NUK Nature Large Learner Cup for infants that are transitioning from bottle to sipper. The soft silicone spout is super easy for infants to drink out of without any spills. My baby girl knocks them over all the time and I barely witnessed a spill. The only time water leaked out was when she pressed the spout up against the floor as the bottle was upside down. I do like the removable handles, as it gives me and my daughter options. My daughter doesn't like holding bottles or cups for some reason and prefers handles ever since she was very little. I guess she likes having that control over the bottle without it possibly slipping through her tiny hands. You can eventually take them off when your child has better motor control. I've been using these cups since she turned 1 all the way until she turned 2, as she learns how to drink from a straw and open cup. I will use these with my next baby that's on the way. My little guy instantly grabbed for it and started drinking his milk! I was a little shocked by how quickly he took to it because we've gone through a number of cups. I think the familiarness of the silicone spout made him comfortable and he really liked the handles. I like that one day I can remove the handles for the next transition. He hasn't really dropped it yet, I think because of the handles, but it seems sturdy enough to not leak which is a huge plus. Like I said, we've tried numerous cups, but this seems to be best one for transitioning out of bottles. I'm still really impressed with how he grabs for this cup over the others in his drawer!
