The lids crack every time you place the spout in and the valves also split which now makes sense why these no leak cups leak after so many uses. Furthermore, the arrow starts to suddenly stop aligning in the no leak zone on the lid. My kids love these but all of them wear down quickly and I wash them all by hand. Not worth $8 a pop every time and expected more for being made in the USA.

Do not insert adapter very hard, do that gently, just snug. Otherwise receiver cap will crack and leak. Also for some ODD reason this products plastic make up some how interacts with milk, will cause the milk to smell and taste sour. Gerber research your plastic make up.

I just bought these cups and I can't seem to figure out the lids. I "twist the lid".. as instructed, and it's on SO tight once in the seal zone, I can barely untwist it. The cups are really cute and I do like them, with the exception of the lids. What am I doing wrong? Is there a video I can watch?

I love the insulated feature of this cup. The only down side is the lids cracked where the valve inserts after just a couple of months of use and then began leaking. I looked online to find replacement lids, and they are not available, however, I contacted NUK/Gerber customer service and they sent me complimentary replacements! 4 stars for cup, 5 stars for service!

I bought 8 of these cups about 3 months ago and after a few weeks the top of the cup where the valve goes cracked. These are no longer leak proof. They do not sell replacement tops only the valves. I loved these in the beginning but now they leak I would not recommend.
