Milk backs up into pump even following directions and keeping them at 12 o clock position

Great idea but it leaks out the milk i had to duct tape the bottom i hope it works because i do like the product

I purchased these cups thinking it would be nice and easy to use at work. I've been using my medela pump for about 5 months now and I haven't had any issues with pain since I started. These cups HURT. In a normal pump session I get between 7-10 oz of milk in 20-30mins. In a 30min pump session with these cups I only got 2-3oz of milk. I contacted the company via email and they were very rude. I do not recommend this product.

The only good thing about these is you can pump while driving long distances. They do not empty me so it takes twice as long and caused my supply to drop to almost nothing. Even power pumping with them didn't help. Luckily I nurse and pump so I was able to get my supply back up, but I had to nurse constantly to do so. Kinda upset I wasted money that I needed.
