Chia seeds itself is good for protein intake and usually I'll add it in for coffee or overnight yogurt breakfast.

This is one of my breakfast staples! Any time I lack protein, I add a teaspoon (or tablespoon) of chia seeds in my dish. Highly recommend to toast it for extra crunchy taste.

Good quality, tastes great, only thing is size of the package is quite small. If you eat it everyday, will run out quickly. But overall, it's fantastic!
