Good quality of chia seeds. This is my second purchase! I always do chia seeds water for gut health!

This is one of my breakfast staples! Any time I lack protein, I add a teaspoon (or tablespoon) of chia seeds in my dish. Highly recommend to toast it for extra crunchy taste.

I like these chia seeds. They are very easy to take. As noted, it's a really good value for quality organic chia seeds. They packaging is convenient. I can tell they are fresh and good quality seeds. I would buy them again.

Good quality, tastes great, only thing is size of the package is quite small. If you eat it everyday, will run out quickly. But overall, it's fantastic!
