Nyc new york color classic brow & liner pencil, 921 jet black, 0.04 oz

this matches my eyebrows so well i love it thank you :-)

I put the liner on my eyes and it melts off and smudges in 1 hour. Not good. It crumbles a lot while sharpening too.

I received this eyeliner free from @influenster!! It's by far the best type pencil eyeliner I have used! It goes on ur eye super easy & it's so easy to resharpen!! In my opinion it's a great eyeliner!
