NYX Professional Makeup Eyebrow Powder Pencil, Brunette

Ordered and paid for 2 brow pencils and only received one. Reached out to customer service and no response from seller.

Great buy! Wish they had more of the Auburn eyebrow pencil.

I love this eyebrow, pencil! It goes on so easily because it is a “Powder “ pencil. The other pencils don't compare because of that. I'll tell you what happened. I needed to re-order so I called the company,NYX. I was told that they don't make that pencil anymore. I was really upset. I tried two or three other companies, and found that they did not compare, and I was not very happy because of the way they went on. In desperation, I googled the pencil and to my surprise I was able to find it at Amazon and Walmart. I was so surprised that I ordered it right away and was pleased when it arrived and found out that it was the same exact pencil. I don't understand why I can no longer order it from NYX. I am paying more than I used to when I ordered it from them but I don't mind because I have my pencil back. Ladies, it's that word, “Powder “ that makes the difference!!!!!

i have been using this pencil since about October 2019, and i love it so much. it isn't too orange or grey, and it is so versatile. you can use it for a fluffy brow look or a defined brow look, or just for filling in. i have tried other brow pencils before, and i would definitely recommend this for beginners as it is blendable and forgiving. it usually stays on unless i go to the gym, but then i add some clear brow gel on top and it stays. 10/10 would recommend.
