It smells so bad I can't even use it. Packaging isn't great either.

I use most of the Obagi products. This one, as nearly every review states, smells terrible. Sour, like old baby vomit. Also, it's very thick, so you have to squeeze the bottle hard to get out the “drops”- really more like globs, and then the plastic stopper pops out. If the product works, I can put up with all these defects, and I haven't been using it long enough to see results. So the jury is still out. Surely, there is a way to take care of the smell and bottling issues, though??

This product was sold to me as part of an Obagi facial package. I knew nothing of Obagi before my consultant recommended it to me. All I can say is the smell is so disgusting that I struggle to use it but as its meant to improve my skin I'm persevering with it. It smells like baby sick and had I also not spent so much money on it I would have binned it already. How Obagi can sell such an awful smelling product is beyond me. I'll not be buying any further Obagi products on the basis of this terrible smelling cream. One star is generous.

I just started using the cream. I do like the feel of it but it smells like dirty feet - is it supposed to smell like this?? Not sure if it is expired or bad? Judging from the other reviews it looks like others have experienced the same thing. I could deal with the smell if the product works really well, but it would be great to change the smell! I am not sure yet if I would recommend this product, like I mentioned I just starting using it.

There are so many bad reviews on this product.... when are you going to answer to them? I've been a customer for a long time, using other products... this one just makes me mad everytime I try to use it.....!!! Apparently I'm not the only one feeling this way! :(
