Oklahoma Joe's Highland Offset Smoker

It's a great smoker, gets the job done. Packaging wasn't the best. Screws were missing and the Oklahoma Joe emblem fell off the the door. I had to use rtv to keep it in place because the rivets had broke off. It's a COS so I guess that's just what you get with that. Overall it does the job. Great smoker to get started in the world of BBQ!

This is the second Oklahoma Joe product I've purchased. I bought this primarily to be a smoker, but it works well as a grill too. My only issue so far is that the main lid is a little bent and therefore doesn't fit very tightly. I'm going to get a gasket seal and a couple clamps and see if that helps. If not, I might have to try and flatten it out. Had a minor issue with shipping, but customer service took care of it pretty quickly, especially considering it was a holiday week.

Making barbecue is a very big hobby of mine and getting back to stick smoking has been a pleasure. This one is very well-built, easy to use, easy to assemble. It works great. Highly recommended as it works. Wonderful. Was delivered extremely fast as well.

plain and simple needs better paint. Didn't even get the temp up to 250 before the paint started peeling from the fire box and under the smoker. & Also the fire box sits crooked despite taking it off and on multiple times

Need work on engineering. Fire box's hangs down, looks like crap. Stack is at an angle, looks like crap. Poor design all around. OKLAHOMA JOE name plate was hanging w one rivot.
