Horrible... I tried it for the time. I had not shaved for a week so I definitely needed a shave. I started on my neck and it would shave some hairs, some were trimmed and some were untouched. I kept it going on the right side of my neck. I went in circles, tried up and down, down and up, sideways...everything possible way only to have the same result. After 5 minutes, I gave up and returned it to a store. Since it is a third party vendor, they could not provide me with a refund at the store but did help in mailing it back. Don't waste your time or money. It's horrible.

So I received my package yesterday! I'll start there the packaging came very neat with out any damage to it with BZZ Agent tape. I opened it and everything was also neat. Now on to the product. At first it was very confusing, but after reading all of the instructions I found it very easy to use also very powerful! It has a nice weight to it. I hadn't shaved in a while so I had a lot of hair on my face but it cleaned it all up in minutes where as if I used a regular grooming tool it would take a while. Now that we got all the pros out of the way let's move on to the cons. The only con I truly have with this shave/trimmer is that I felt that the shaver guard was really thick. Even if you wanted to adjust the settings to the different heights I felt like if your hair was very short you wouldn't want to use the trimmer with the guard on you might want to try it with out it. Great trimmer! Comes with many fittings for different lengths and styles. Not cheaply made it was built to last. Long lasting battery on full charge and very short time to fully charge. The trimmer allows for a very close shave and has no strugle at all to cut long hairs. No pulling just smooth gliding. Im very satisfied with this product I dont think there is anything better. I will first start off by saying that I do not grow much facial hair. As this is the case, my past razors have all been non-electric disposables or handles with changeable heads. However, I thought I would give this electric razor a try. Here's what I thought: -It worked well cutting my facial hair close, but it didn't take it all the way to the skin like a razor blade would. I prefer the latter, but for a quick (dry) shave when I was running late, it worked very nicely. -The attached trimmer tool was great at trimming my sideburns and the awkward places along my jawline where the razor couldn't quite get. The included guards for the trimmer were also useful and a good length to trim bushy eyebrows or overgrown "treasure trails." -The included stand works great, and isn't an eyesore either. That also goes for the razor, as a whole. The Old Spice Red color gives the razor a much more appealing look. Overall, it worked best used for a quick shave or one that you don't want to go all the way to the skin (completely baby-faced). I've used it many times as I'm running out the door because I forgot in the shower or don't have time, and it fits that niche very well. I still do prefer an old-school manual razor though. But if you are an electric razor junkie, however, I would recommend this razor to you. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
