Olly Delightful Fruit Punch Iron 60 Chewable Tablets

I noticed I was bruising easily at the slightest bump , so I bought this iron .. super crazy at work so that means I'm eating just pasta all the time.. so I figured this would help.. my dude saw I bought this and told me to make sure I had a full stomach cuz iron can make you super nauseous.. I ate a big dinner and took one and low and behold I got really woozy. I was up all night and messed up a presentation at work the next day so I'm terrified to take ever again. It was tasty tho!

First it tastes great, like a piece of fruit candy. Dosen't taste like iron and you get to actually chew it! I took 2 pills as directed and felt better after 30 minutes. Love that it has the same effect as regular iron and it dosent cause strong intestinal pain. You can take it without food! Wish I could have found this sooner!
