OLLY Plant Powered Rest Adaptogens - 30ct

I was having panic attacks and unable to fall asleep. I have been taking this product for the last month, and have slept every night! Literally saved my life!

This has helped me keep calm but it didn't help me sleep and for some reason it made me sweat and have an upset stomach idk if it's because I'm taking my regular medication at the same time or not?

I've been having some trouble sleeping related to hormones, which is a crapshoot. I used melatonin for a couple weeks, which worked for a while but eventually stopped. I found this and thought I'd give it a try. It doesn't help me FALL asleep, but it makes me sleep deeper because for the first time in months I've been having dreams again. I've been taking it for about two weeks. I take it around supper time, but it doesn't say what time you should take it (unlike melatonin, which you have to take close to bedtime).

These didn't work for me at all! waste of my money

I wake up feeling so good after a good night rest .
