Omron HR-210 - Activity tracker - monochrome

It's good for not being a continous heart rate monitor. Sometimes if it is cold, the monitor doesn't read. It is accurate when it does. The monitor is very helpful for my needs which is monitoring my tachycardia when I feel my heart racing. Overall, job well done.

I bought this watch for my husband, who had a heart attack 3 years ago. We recently started exercising at a gym and our instructor had one and said how much she liked it for heart rate, etc. So I came home and read up on this watch and decided it was the one to buy. My husband really likes it, and it is easy to program. Would recommend it to anyone. I'm thinking about getting one myself.

The watch is fine until you start to really exercise. As you perspire the watch no longer shows your heart rate..

The heart rate monitor did what is was made to do. It checked out with treadmill and BP machine. I really wanted this to work for me but the only problem I had with it is the band. I dont have big wrist, but the band points down from the edge of the watch and is just to tight on the wrist. I tried it on my wife and it was to big for her. That is the only reason it is going back. Other than that it was easy to use and set up, and worked right out of the box.

It only checks at intervals, when I make a extra effort to do it. Very disappointed. Still looking for a usable one that fits my need that has no chest strap. Will not shop Walmart on-line again!! Steve
