Buy for my daughter
Great for granddaughter.
This is great with a busy schedule, and not alot of time to SERIOUSLY take care of you're body the right way. I believe I have problems with my Iron levels, and this really kicks my butt into gear, and i love it. The cons: It's so PRICEY!! Good god. I didn't expect it to be that much, but I guess it's alright, It's better then not taking care of my body the right way right? Would definatly recomend this to everyone!!
It's my first time taking multivitamins as a teen, last I took them was when I was 5 (11 going of 12 years ago). As an athlete recovering from a knee injury & 6 months post-op on surgery it's decent. I started taking this when I quit caffeine and honestly, it doesn't increase my energy as much as I hope for. It makes me feel more focused though. I'll continue to use these but when Spring 2014 rolls around the corner I might switch to a women's multivitamin as I'm done growing, I'm very active, and mature. I think the teen advg. is made more for 11-15 rather than 12-17. But for the average teen I think the multivitamin would do well, so I recommend it to the average girl but not a girl who's athletic and engrossed in studies who need that true extra boost.
The tablets are kind of big, but they are still easy to swallow. The tablets have a nice candy smell and taste to them.
