That said, I've had problems taking daily vitamins. They usually make me sick to my stomach. These new gummy vitamins, because they don't have that heavy vitamin taste; stay down with no problem. For someone like me that even has problems swallowing, doesn't have that problem anymore! I am glad I found them!

However, after trying the One A Day Fruit Bites Multivitamin I have had a change of opinion. These aren't your typical gummy vitamin at all. They're more like a dried fruit, in my case apple. They are not super sweet and have a great "real" dried apple taste. They supply a sufficient amount of vitamins and minerals. They also do not contain artificial sweeteners, corn syrup, synthetic colors, or GMO's. I like that a lot! These are the most "natural" gummies I have seen and the best tasting of all I have tried. I definitely would recommend them.

Second, vitamins always repeat on me and give me stomach upset. I was intrigued by these fruit bites, so I gave them a try. This is a game changer for me!
