A phone listed as open box is basically new. Phone has multiple scratches and dings and came in a generic box. Who knows if it's even unlocked like listed. Get your phones from eBay. They are always as described.

This iPhone came with more usage marks than described, scratches on the screen, sides and camera. There was no description of the battery life (91%). Unsatisfied with the product.
