Open Box Brother Coverstitch Serger 2340CV Sturdy Metal Frame 2340CV - TRIM TRAP

I'm still eager to put this machine to work but struggling with the tension. There really needs to be a better way to get the tension settings figured out right away. It seems to be a delicate balance. I'm watching all the videos I can find and practicing on a variety of fabrics but have not found the sweet spot yet.

This is the first coverstitch machine I've used and I'm amazed at what it can do. I think that the videos found online are really useful. With the online guidance, I don't find it super difficult to use, especially after playing with it for a while. The stitching is very neat and organized. I also think the machine is super quick and the hems come out looking attractive.

I love to use the Brother Cover Stitch Machine everyday and have already stitched so many beautiful dresses for my kids, and they are absolutely delighted to wear it and display it to their friends. I have already recommended this machine to many of my friends and family specially those with small kids, and several of them have already purchased this machine and have stitched beautiful dresses for their kids and the kids are very happy to wear them.

So far my coverstitch is working great! I'm so glad I got it. It's easy to use and runs so smoothly.

I needed to add this feature to my state of sewing machines - I really like the cover stitch for hemming - find the fabric a bit hard to get out of the machine - also cuffs are hard to manipulate inside out - am still figuring out tensions etc - find the threading quite easy - like th color coding
