I don’t use this as a pre workout before the gym however I got my sister started on it and she drinks it every morning before we workout, she said she feels sluggish if she doesn’t have it. I always drink the grape flavor it’s the best to me. I really like it for an afternoon pick me up when I still have so much left to do before my day is done. It has replaced my need for a 2 o’clock coffee. It doesn’t make me jittery and my heart doesn’t race.

Not happy... one of the bags busted open in the box, ther was powder everywhere when I opened the package. Very poor packing or there was a lack checking the product before packaging

The best mixing pre workout yet!!! I love this drink sooo much, I have to occasionally back off from it as to not build up a caffeine tolerance but having essential aminos pre work out is the best. I mix it with Cranberry juice for a tart drink for my workout.

An adjustable pre-workout that is honest and keeps their word true? Count me in! I've been using Aminos for over 2 Years now and has never let me down, not once! anytime you need a pick me up throughout the day, just 1 or 2 scoops will get you right back on your feet without any side effects at all; and when you want to go all out, put in 6 scoops and your'e good to go! I just wish you guys would have more flavors in the 100 serving bags! other than that, you guys are great!

I love that it does not cause a jittery effect while still giving me an extra boost of energy at the same time. HOWEVER, be aware that the product is placed into a much bigger tub making it look as if that how much youre getting... it is only half full if even that. Serious case of false advertisement.
